Mix Plant is seeking a dynamic Materials Planner Unit Head to lead our inventory and supply chain management initiatives in Bali. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless material flow and cost efficiency for our construction projects. Based in Canggu, you'll be part of a vibrant team working on high-profile developments across Bali.
As the Materials Planner Unit Head, you'll develop and implement comprehensive inventory management strategies, oversee procurement processes, and collaborate with vendors to maintain optimal stock levels. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge construction technologies and contribute to some of Bali's most exciting infrastructure projects.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain comprehensive inventory management systems using ERP software like SAP or Oracle
- Analyze material usage patterns to forecast demand and optimize stock levels
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and implement reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, material usage, and procurement metrics
- Train and mentor junior staff in inventory management best practices
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement new technologies to improve supply chain efficiency
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in materials planning and inventory management
- Proven track record in optimizing supply chain operations and reducing costs
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management principles
- Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
