📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Visit and engage with customers to understand their needs and drive sales.
• Participate in trade shows and marketing campaigns to promote our products.
• Use Salesforce and Google Analytics to track sales performance and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
• Report on sales performance and marketing activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations.
