As a midwife at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for delivering prenatal, labor, and postpartum care to women and newborns. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including electronic health records (EHR) and patient monitoring systems, to support your daily work.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide prenatal, labor, and postpartum care to women and newborns.
- Assist in the delivery of babies and provide newborn care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any medical emergencies.
- Educate patients and their families on prenatal and postpartum care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our EHR system.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Midwifery or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in midwifery (experienced candidates) or recent graduate status (fresh graduates).
- Valid midwifery certification and registration with the relevant professional body.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
