📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and update client records in CRM systems like Salesforce
- Assist in data entry and maintenance of client databases
- Support the commercial team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and coordination
- Generate and analyze reports to track client interactions and sales performance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client communications
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other commercial documents
- Provide excellent administrative support to the commercial team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or CRM-related roles
- Proficient in using CRM systems like Salesforce
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
