📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries and smooth logistics operations.
• Provide real-time support to drivers via phone, email, and messaging apps.
• Manage and update customer records in Zoho CRM.
• Track and monitor logistics operations using Google Maps and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new customer service initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficient in using Zoho CRM, Google Maps, and WhatsApp Business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with logistics and transportation operations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
