📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry, calculation, tax compliance, and reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for a diverse range of clients
• Work closely with our team of experts to ensure that clients' payroll needs are met with precision and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with the latest payroll regulations and best practices
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as SAP Payroll, Oracle Payroll, or similar systems
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes
• Assist in the training and development of junior team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a professional services firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax compliance in Indonesia
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with payroll software such as SAP Payroll, Oracle Payroll, or similar systems
