📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily shipping operations, including vessel scheduling and cargo planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Utilize SAP and Navis N4 to streamline and optimize shipping processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve shipping and logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to the shipping and logistics team.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and address operational challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics operations.
• Proven experience with SAP and Navis N4.
• Certification in Advanced Diploma in Shipping and Logistics Management or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
