📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests and clients to our real estate properties
• Provide information and assistance to visitors about our properties and services
• Handle inquiries and address any concerns or issues raised by clients
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client records
• Promote our properties and services to potential clients and visitors
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with company standards
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or similar position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with real estate industry and properties in Bali is a plus
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, with good communication skills in both languages
• Professional and polite demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
