📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and administering medications during surgical procedures.
- Preparing and administering anesthesia, including local, regional, and general anesthesia.
- Assisting with the setup and maintenance of anesthesia equipment.
- Providing pain management and post-anesthesia care.
- Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate records.
- Participating in staff meetings and continuing education to stay updated on best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Anesthesia Nurse.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Familiarity with anesthesia equipment and medications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Professional and compassionate demeanor.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
