📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor patients' vital signs and record data using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment, including dialyzers, tubing, and machines.
• Assist in the administration of dialysis treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Perform pre- and post-dialysis assessments to monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment.
• Provide patient education and support to ensure understanding of the dialysis process.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related healthcare field.
• Certification as a Hemodialysis Technician (HDT) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hemodialysis.
• Strong knowledge of dialysis equipment and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
