Lead and oversee the digital transformation initiatives for Academic Services.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the digital capabilities of academic departments.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and platforms.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives on academic processes and outcomes.,Provide leadership and mentorship to team members involved in digital transformation projects.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital transformation and academic services.,Represent NTU at industry conferences and events to showcase digital transformation achievements.,Ensure compliance with NTU policies and regulations related to digital transformation and data management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a similar role in the academic sector.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing digital transformation projects.,Strong knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and technologies relevant to academic services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with academic services and processes is a plus.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
