Shine Village Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bidan to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide essential healthcare services to our community, ensuring the well-being of our residents. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and happiness of our community members.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide prenatal and postnatal care to expectant and new mothers.,Conduct health check-ups and vaccinations for children and adults.,Offer family planning services and education.,Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.,Educate the community on health and hygiene practices.,Assist in emergency medical situations when required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Collaborate with local healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bidan.,Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using basic medical equipment and technology.,Commitment to providing quality healthcare services to the community.

🛠️ Keahlian
