📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a clean, well-organized store environment.
• Train and develop store staff to uphold brand standards and customer service excellence.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with regional managers to ensure consistent brand execution across all outlets.
• Utilize Salesforce and SAP for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous professional training to develop leadership and retail management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer products.
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail outlets and driving sales growth.
