📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operations align with the company's overall goals.
  • Respond to operational issues and crises in a timely and effective manner.
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve operations and implement best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.
