📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all household operations, including daily chores, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Coordinate and organize special events, such as weddings, parties, and other gatherings.
• Work closely with chefs to plan and prepare meals and catering services.
• Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
• Manage inventory and procurement for household supplies and amenities.
• Ensure the safety and security of the residence, including coordinating with local security services.
• Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in all interactions with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury household management, butler services, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service in high-end residential settings.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
