📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with the company's learning and development goals.
  • Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their learning and development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
