Bright Up Berjaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in sales and account management to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and sales activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for sales teams.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with sales and marketing tools and technologies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
