In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in their manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust quality management systems, including HACCP and ISO 22000. Your daily tasks will involve conducting audits, training staff, and developing comprehensive quality assurance programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement food safety and quality assurance programs aligned with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Train and mentor staff on food safety best practices and quality control procedures.
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Prepare and present reports on food safety and quality performance to senior management.
Stay updated with the latest food safety regulations and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with all local and international food safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food Safety and Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000, or other relevant food safety standards.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
Proficient in using quality management software such as QMS, SAP, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
