📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide prenatal, postnatal, and newborn care in clients' homes.
• Administer vaccinations, perform newborn screenings, and provide breastfeeding support.
• Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, and provide medical advice.
• Educate clients on prenatal and postnatal care, nutrition, and hygiene.
• Use medical software such as SIMRS, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and telemedicine platforms to manage patient records and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Report any medical emergencies to the appropriate authorities.
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Bidan) or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in prenatal, postnatal, or newborn care.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Familiarity with medical terminology, obstetrics, and newborn care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid SIPB (Surat Izin Praktek Bidan).
• Ability to drive a company vehicle for home visits.
