📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Stock and manage inventory, including fresh produce, meat, and other ingredients.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the highest standards of food preparation.,Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
