📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and mentor sales staff to achieve sales targets.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
