📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.,Stock and manage inventory of food supplies.,Assist in food costing and budgeting.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head Cook.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Line Cook or Assistant Line Cook is a plus.,Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
