📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure high-quality service
• Implement and maintain operational systems using tools like Airbnb Host Management System and Excel
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns and ensure villas are in top condition
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote villas and attract new guests
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in villa or hotel operations management
• Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency
• Strong knowledge of property management software and tools such as Airbnb Host Management System, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage guest interactions and staff
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Bali's hospitality industry and local regulations
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
