📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain kitchen equipment and machinery,Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and meets safety standards,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to improve efficiency and productivity,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of kitchen equipment,Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies,Participate in safety training and ensure compliance with all safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the food service industry,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and machinery,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards,Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus
