Point Express Sejahtera is looking for a talented and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all user interface elements and user experiences are intuitive and visually appealing.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure that designs meet business goals and user needs.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.,Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.,Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into the design process.,Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, and advocate for user-centered design principles.,Ensure that all designs are accessible and inclusive, meeting or exceeding accessibility standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of leading design projects.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.,Experience with design systems and style guides, and a commitment to creating consistent and scalable designs.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of user needs and business goals.
