As a QA Lead, you will oversee the entire quality assurance process, from planning and design to implementation and monitoring. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, such as ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.
• Oversee the entire quality assurance process, including planning, design, implementation, and monitoring.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous compliance.
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance our QMS and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new knowledge into our QMS.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools, such as Minitab, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Proven track record of leading and managing QA teams to achieve high-quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards relevant to our sector.
