📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial records, transactions, and processes to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Experience in internal auditing or a similar role is preferred.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
