📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.,Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments and key distribution.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other service departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Maintain a clean and organized guest room, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.,Assist with guest requests and special arrangements, such as room service, wake-up calls, and transportation.,Monitor guest room and common areas for safety and security, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.,Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of guests at all times.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospitality services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.,Commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
