Bold Sun Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient guest experience. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and welcoming experience.,Answer and direct guest inquiries and requests.,Check guests in and out, and manage room assignments.,Process and manage guest payments and deposits.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest operations.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
