📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and navigate vessels safely and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute voyages, including route planning and port operations.,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders.,Promote a safe and healthy work environment for the crew.,Handle emergency situations and implement safety protocols.,Monitor vessel performance and make necessary adjustments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Proficient in English and local language.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in vessel maintenance and repair.,Commitment to safety and environmental protection.
