📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and navigate vessels safely and efficiently in accordance with maritime regulations and company policies.,Ensure the safety and well-being of the crew and passengers on board.,Maintain and inspect the vessel's equipment and systems to ensure they are in proper working condition.,Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to the vessel's route or operations.,Communicate with other vessels, maritime authorities, and shore-based personnel to coordinate operations and ensure safe navigation.,Handle emergencies and implement appropriate procedures to mitigate risks and protect the vessel, crew, and passengers.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations, maintenance, and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License (Master Mariner's License) issued by the Indonesian Maritime Certification Body (IMCB).,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Good knowledge of maritime regulations, navigation rules, and safety procedures.,Strong leadership and decision-making skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid First Aid and Survival at Sea (SOLAS) certifications.
