📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons to students of all ages
- Collaborate with senior teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
- Assist in the preparation and grading of student work
- Provide one-on-one support to students to help them improve their Mandarin skills
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Follow and adhere to Xingle Mandarin's teaching policies and procedures
- Assist in the management of student records and attendance
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in Mandarin
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK level 5 or higher)
- Strong knowledge of educational theory and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for teaching and helping students learn
- Willingness to travel to different locations within Bali
