Smart Gold Berjaya is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for logistics and transportation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet activities.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain communication.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of fleet reports and documentation.,Support in the planning and implementation of fleet maintenance schedules.,Assist in the management of fuel and other operational costs.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
